First day.

I kept a running theme in notes over the past couple of years, “things seen at work on my break” (or a variation thereof). I knew the place inside and out and sometimes the strange or unusual would just jump out at me. To avoid posting the same photo the same way, I had to force myself to see the everyday a little differently.

I’ll get there. In the meantime, this is: Day 1.

The amount of joy this old building is going to bring me is immeasurable. The vintage No Smoking sign, still hanging in 2026, made me grin.

I can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
